I had Mario come help at my house. He is very rude, he asked to use my restroom and pissed all over the floor. Had to nerve to blame my 6 year old kid. He called him a racial slur too.

I’ve worked with Mario, the owner, for many years and have always had a good relationship. Recently, his team came out to replace the old metal ducts in my attic. They provided a quote, which was adjusted on-site due to additional work that needed to be done—something I completely understood. However, after they finished, my wife paid them and they left. The next day, I inspected the attic and found crushed ducts, leftover metal ducts, and signs of leaks. When I called Mario to discuss the issues, he immediately became defensive, even resorting to insults, calling me names like ‘cheap’ and ‘weasel’ over the extra work. I’m now in the process of filing a complaint with the TDLR. It’s unfortunate to see 15 years of working together ruined by poor work and unprofessional behavior.

Absolutely outstanding service from Primo Air Master. The first company we called said that the blower motor died and that our unit was too old to repair. They gave us an estimate for it to be completely replaced for $5500-$7500. We called Mario for a second opinion and he found that the blower motor was fine and that the problem was actually the capacitor. He made that repair and completed a summer service on the unit for a fraction of the cost. What stands out more than the repair and the cost saving is their INTEGRITY. They are experts providing legitimate repairs instead of companies scamming customers with unnecessary new equipment, expensive service plans, and working on commission. Additionally, they were responsive, timely, and friendly. Don’t be fooled by those larger companies because this smaller business will take better care of you.

Primo came out today and installed a new HVAC unit at our house. They were very thorough and professional; we would use them again for an installation.
