Coach Kelsey did a fantastic job teaching tonight's class. She was friendly and welcoming. I can appreciate her positive energy and encouragement. Its been awhile since I have worked out. Kelsey was patient and allowed us all to work through it with ease and at a slower pace. She did well with transitioning from each phase of every bag round and emphasized safety and using proper form.The gym is super clean and well organized. Less

Although this location is not open yet, it’s not new. It’s just a transition from one location to another. The owner Kelsey is extremely passionate about changing people’s lives. I started as a member in 2021, and became an instructor. I stepped away from fitness for a couple of years due to injuries and was very discouraged until I met Kelsey and her staff at the other location. I am so excited that she is opening her new kickboxing and fitness location. I know she will do even better and this place will be “the spot” for kickboxing in Spring and surrounding areas.
