Coach Valerie gives clear directions for each routine and demonstrates them so I can see proper form. She encourages the class which makes me feel like “yes, I am strong and I can do this”! She has a conversational, personable manner during the stretching part - both before & after class taking a real interest in our lives. 🙂 I always look forward to her classes! I know she will challenge me to do my best!

I love this place so much. It quickly turned into a happy place for me. Classes are so dynamic and so fun!! Its never the same. The structure is so solid and uplifting. Im so happy I found this place and Kelsey 😊 If more of my friends lived in the area, I would gift them memberships 100000%

I was with Kelsey at ILKB and was sad to see it close. Then I saw on FB about K2 and discovered Kelsey has patterned her place with a similar concept. I immediately took one class, signed up for unlimited sessions. She makes it fun, she pushes us to be better and everyone still has that "we are family" attitude. Meeting new people, seeing ones from ILKB and excited to be back to this concept of group training allowing us to support each other yet enjoy making our health better. Many thanks Kelsey 🥰
