I cannot say enough positive things about my experience today. I noticed at 1030 this morning that my house was getting cold and noted my furnace was off. I called Ritvan based on my son-in-laws recommendation and by 1230 he had my problem solved. It was simply that my granddaughter had shut the switch off but I had no idea about that. In a few minutes Ritvan identified the issue and fixed it. However, he stayed to fully check out my furnace to make sure there were no other issues, changed the filter, vacuumed out my furnace and put everything back in its place. He was a lifesaver! Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind as well. I will certainly only call him in future and recommend him to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much.

The technician was tidy, clean and quiet and finished the job more quickly than I thought he would. The price was comparable and I was able to book quickly and at my convenience. Highly recommend.

Ridvan was very quick to respond and recommend a thermometer that met my needs and worked with our existing heating/cooling system.
