It is inevitable that if your A/C is going to go, it will be during a heat wave. I thought I would have a hard time getting anyone to look at my A/C with the demand for HVAC services at that time. Ridvan and AIRTEMP diagnosed the issue the same day after working a long day already. He gave me the bad news...I would need a new A/C. He installed it the next day! Responsive and Honest!I called yesterday (Saturday) after my AC exterior unit stopped working. Ridvan responded within minutes and after a few questions scheduled me for Monday (which wasn’t a problem since it was already late Saturday afternoon). An hour later he said he could stop by the same day.I was out at the time and have never met him or his company. But he still offered to come without me being at home to assess the AC. Minutes after he arrived he determined it to be a very small issue. He fixed it, cleaned up the AC and only charged me a service call.This is what impressed me….he came on the same day, agreed to look at my AC while I was away from the house and provided an honest assessment instead of taking advantage of me being away.Excellent experience and highly recommend.
