As I write this, the Big Dog crew is finishing up an exterior paint project at my house. I am the kind of person who changes all of the colors when I repaint my house (on theory that you only have this opportunity once every 8-10 years), so it is always a bigger and more noticeable job than if you stayed with the same colors you had before. The team has done an amazing job, with great attention to detail and a lot of care for the environment in which they are working (plantings, dog needing to go in and out of the house multiple times a day, close quarters with neighbors on both sides, etc.). They are incredibly hard working, often putting in 10+ hour days to take advantage of good weather when we have it in our unpredictable New England spring. The whole process from start to finish has been great and everyone I have interacted with both in the office and in the field has been super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly.
