The experience at the beginning was great at LR Auto in Moody. I got my car and it had damage to the front bumper and the driver armrest, before purchasing I was told the parts were there and i could come ANY TIME to come and get the parts replaced. 4 months passed and I have had the car towed 3 times various reasons. I finally had a break from my job and was able to drop the car off to the mechanic, he fixed the major issue and I asked could the cosmetic issue be done also (thinking the parts they told me they ordered were there). To my surprise they sent the parts back so my car is stuck damaged unless I pay for it. The owner is not a good customer service guy, he told me that I would have to call the guy that fixes it to see what he can do after literally telling him what the guy that fixes it said. as if he didn't have a say so in it. They said they told me 30 days before they return the parts but they didn't, who honestly would turn down free parts and labor ???! I am livid because I feel like if the owner once ordered them, he could again for the sake of a paying customer! It's a sad case because everybody isn't able to just drop a vehicle off and be without for a few days. Life for everyone is different and I feel like it was handled in an "oh well, not our problem" manner. Less
