We introduced the HybridAF system to our gym in January of 2022 and have had nothing but positives to share. System is reliable and a huge value add to our core membership. We do not use it as 24/7 access, but do use it for specified "outside of class time" open gym. This has allowed us to expand our open gym schedule for our members. If you're looking to free up some labor hours while expanding access, this is the way to go. P.S. the installation process was seamless which was greatly appreciated.

Love being able to offer 24/7 access to our members and love that our insurance approves. Adds so much flexibility and value to our members that have busy schedules and full lives. It gives our members the ability to stay committed to their goals even when their schedule changes. The app is simple and straight forward. No extra work on our side to maintain.

Adding 24/7 access to our gym has been a huge benefit for out membership. I would 100% recommend doing it. Also the customer service has been amazing. We have run into some tech issues and Albert is on the spot helping us getting everything up and running and is easy to work with. If you are thinking about adding Hybrid AF to your gym do it.

Midwest Strength and Performance LOVES HybridAF! The product is excellent and it is supported by a 5-Star team. Our customers love the freedom they have to work out around their increasingly demanding work & family schedules. Before HybridAF, we were closed on Saturday afternoons & Sundays. We had gotten many requests for additional weekend hours, and now we have the ability to accommodate them!

These guys are top notch! Their care and attention to detail is unparalleled. Early morning, late night, weekend, out of town, it doesn't matter, they take care of their people! We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with HAF!!!

I don’t typically write reviews but Hybrid deserves it. Among skepticism, the added service was a seamless transition, insurance premiums barely increased (less than $100/year), hardware was installed in less than 2 weeks and the software is user-friendly. We are only in our second full month with Hybrid and the service has already paid for itself two-fold. On the Admin side, the push notifications allow for worry-free check-ins of Open Gym and Athletes that need to workout on off-class times. Thanks to Albert for his availability, answering any questions that we had along the way, my only regret is not starting sooner! Would recommend to any box looking to add 24/7/365 access.
