Coming back to exercise 5 months after my 2nd C-section was very intimidating. I felt weak and out of shape. I decided to try Glow hoping that the group setting and a new type of exercise would help with motivation. And now that I am on week 4 here, I’m feeling so inspired! I love the super supportive and high energy instructors that keep us accountable and always moving through the class but support any adjustments as needed (and I need quite a few right now as my core is non existent and my knees are shot post pregnancy!) and make even beginners like me feel welcome and part of the group. I don’t ever feel judged or like I’m not good enough to be here, which is a common vibe in some gyms. And I am definitely seeing results already. Just after several classes, I am sensing an increase in my endurance and strength, I can follow through with more exercises each time. It’s so motivating! The classes are fun and challenging, and never boring, and I love leaving my day at the door to come in here and work on myself. This is a great community and I’d highly recommend to anyone wanting to get into a better fitness routine, no matter your current fitness level.
