I was lucky to receive a 3-day On-Ramp training session at the Grand Opening of Desert Jewel Strength and Conditioning fitness Center! Cristy Rose, owner/trainer, was exceptional with her explanations and guidance on equipment usage and form. Coming off of a long couch-slump, Cristy worked with me one on one to listen and encourage what is important to me and how we'll get there. The mixed-athlete classes are fun and encouraging...she helps with proper ergonomics and demonstration of new or complex moves while customizing each portion to be appropriate for individual fitness levels.
