Vick did an awesome job on burying our gutters and sump pump drains. I also have to say I have a new build and paid for a final grade with my builder that was subpar. This company have me a good estimate, but cancelled 2 days before doing the work, saying that they weren't licensed with the city anymore. I am left in a lurch with an active water leak. Who fails to notice that they aren't licensed???!
