I asked him to stop again and use his hands instead but his response was that I was very tight in my muscles, and that I was tense; even though, I was not! This was a leisure massage, to wrap up my week with a treat and meant to be relaxing. I honestly feel this guy was just taking shortcuts by using his feet instead of his hands. I tend to have dense and strong muscles, so I'm not sensitive, but this was something else. He must have confused muscle tissue with tightness; but regardless his feet shouldn't have been used. Deep tissue is something I always get and I've gotten it here a couple of times by hands. Nowhere in the fine print, nor on the menu did it specify standing on me. I hope this did not permanently damage me. Although they've refunded me, I'm worried about my health because of this situation. I've lost days now and incurred costly services to help me get by while I get better. Worst front desk service I’ve seen!

The worst front desk experience ever!

Lady at the desk was mean the whole time while talking to me and repeated my questions like I'm not understanding. I thought she was just having a bad day, but after the massage, I found her being incredibly sweet to the other customer(white guy) and then again, she was mean to me. Masseur was great and sweet, but I wouldn't re-visit.

Love love love this place. The staff is (mostly) friendly and they aren't too bothered to cut you swatches. Prices vary but quality is quite good overall.

Mood has a huge selection of fabrics! That is no surprise. However, I was very impressed by the knowledgeable staff who are incredibly helpful. I had a vague idea of the look I was going for an the staff found me an excellent fabric to use. The only oddity is a manually operated elevator. Kind of strange in this day and age.

Anyways I ended up paying the full amount of the massage plus a $20 tip. I know that in America people give tips for everything but I just don't like to feel this pressure. My first Thai Massage. What an experience. I enjoyed the Rockstar package and felt like a rockstar leaving the spa. The package was a perfect combination of multiple treatments. My masseuse made a point to work on my specific trouble spots in my back. I love when people listen to my needs when providing a service. I will visit this spa again.

This Groupon was with every bit worth it! Got The Negertti Ritual which was amazing! Dora is fantastic! She gave me a great facial and explained what she was doing every step of the way. "Milk" was great with my massage too. Very firm hands. I even loved the tea, date, apple and slice of orange they gave me after my services we're complete.
