I took an intro to pole class and it was amazing!! The instructor Megan made the class a lot of fun and a really great workout. & Laurah has been super helpful getting me all signed up!

I took up a free dance class and it was amazing!! the people there are so welcoming. it was nice and clean, i definitely recommend! the deals/memberships are reasonable, the coach’s are soo very sweet and helpful. i’m so coming back.

My 12 yo daughter is homeschooled and goes to Innovative to work out. They have a great variety of classes she loves from Arial Yoga, Pole, strength training, and dance workout classes. We love that she can learn to work in her fitness with a coach present at all times to teach her and guide her as she learns. She loves the cozy family vibes and how nice everyone is. They have done a great job making her feel welcomed and at home.

This gym has so many great elements to it! All the way from the owners, coaches, classes, nutrition programs, outside events and so much more. From my first phone call with Laurah, I could tell she wanted to help me reach my goals while also having fun. Everyone here encourages you no matter what level or what class, it's so rewarding. Trevor has a great energy in class & helps push me! Anthony is a new coach who is very helpful with form and very encouraging as well.I have tried many classes here but am so excited to try more!!Thank you Innovative for my new gym family!

Innovative Fitness is the best gym ! Trevor is genuinely one of the most caring and thoughtful coaches I have worked with.
