My first unit was supposed to arrive on the Memphis blizzard they, they preemptively called me to reschedule my unit to be there before the storm hit6. I needed it a day over a month and they said that’s fine, PODS said that’ll be another $180 dollars for the second month.7. I filled my first one way too fast and needed another one, called Julie, and her and UNITS worked to pick up my current unit and deliver a new one as fast as they could.8. I can only say great things about them. I have had to use their pods for over a year now. When I called the response and drop off was faster than I imagined. One unit they were able to drop it in a space I needed that I never thought they’d get into. The continued support has been wonderfully personal. Again, I can’t say anything but great things about them.

I had a moving nightmare but UNITS came to my rescue. I was able to get to 2 UNITS and they came and swapped them out and stored one. Very good communication and worked with my needs. Also they were able to beat the price Pods gave me!!! UNITS for the win!!!

I normally don't make the time to write reviews however in this case I had to make an exception. I happened to find myself in an emergency situation needing to secure a portable storage unit for my belongings with no notice. After calling all the "Big" portable storage unit companies only to waste precious time listening to a recording only to be transferred to a person in another state and told they could not help me I happened to see the web page for Units moving and portable storage. On such short notice I thought it might be a lost cause but what did I have to lose. To my surprise an actual person answered the phone named Travis who immediately calmed me down and assured me he wd do everything within his power to help me out . Within minutes of my initial call Travis called me back and had coordinated with his driver to have a portable unit delivered within hours. I apologize for such a long review however I can't begin to express how absolutely amazing this company and its employees truly are. Within hours the portable storage unit was sitting in my driveway and the gentleman who worked overtime to deliver my storage unit even return to my home an hour later or so to help me move all of mine and my children's life possessions into the storage unit because he knew I had very little help on such short notice. I have never had such amazing service from any company in my 46 years on this planet. From start to finish Travis and his amazing team at units moving and portable storage have been hands down the best group of people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I urge anyone with an upcoming move to give this awesome local business a call. They truly care about their customers and made me feel like family that day! 🚚❤️

Our house flooded on Christmas eve. We had a hard time getting companies to return our phone calls, and the ones that did jacked the prices up, due to the high demand (because of cold snap we experienced during this time). We called UNITS, and got a call back immediately. They not only had a unit available, but delivered it the same day. They did not change their prices to take advantage of the situation; and what started off as a disastrous Christmas, turned to a beacon of hope.. because we were able to salvage our furniture. I just truly wanted to say thank you, as we needed the unit for 9 months, and our home has finally been completed.

I love this company. Every single employee I interacted with went above and beyond. This was the only part of my moving experience that I can say was excellent. Travis was so responsive and helpful in setting everything up, and the driver was always timely and efficient. This is a great service and priced well when compared to traditional storage options for a gap between moves. Highly recommend!

We had pipes burst while we were out of town for the holidays & urgently needed a storage unit for the items we could salvage. I called other businesses who were not nearly as considerate and helpful as UNITS was. The storage unit was extremely clean & weathered several storms while we used it. I was so glad to speak with them when I called. From the beginning, they recognized the emergency & my stress level. They fully and easily explained the price & got to us the same day I called. Other companies had more fees and were just not as transparent or easy to work with. Each time I reached out to request an invoice or just ask a question, they were responsive and made everything simple. I highly recommend UNITS of Memphis!

UNITS is such a great company. Over the months that we had one of their units they were not only professional but they worked with me. They did everything from switching around their truck schedule, to fit my change in work schedule, to letting me pay early around Christmas so I didn't accidently spend their money. They were super understanding when I was late one month because of my work not paying me on time. They were even wonderful when we moved into our new apartment and the unit had to be out in less then 24 hours. To have a company so understanding made moving so much better and I am so thankful to this locally owned company! This is definitely the storage/moving crate that you want.

What a great experience! Easiest nice we’ve ever done (and we’ve moved a lot!). The crew were always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! The drop off was spot on time - and the Unit was placed exactly where we wanted it. The pickup went smoothly as well! All our things arrived intact and on time - despite bad weather! We will definitely use UNITS again!

New business in town, and very well worth it. We did a local move, so we rented one unit and did a couple trips back and forth. Owner was prompt in answering calls to schedule transfers, and driver always showed up on time. The were able to maneuver they unit exactly where I wanted it in 2 relatively tight driveways, one of which has a significant slope. If you are going to move yourself, this is the way to do it.
