My first unit was supposed to arrive on the Memphis blizzard they, they preemptively called me to reschedule my unit to be there before the storm hit6. I needed it a day over a month and they said that’s fine, PODS said that’ll be another $180 dollars for the second month.7. I filled my first one way too fast and needed another one, called Julie, and her and UNITS worked to pick up my current unit and deliver a new one as fast as they could.8. Everyone is kind courtesy responsive9. Delivery guy Travis and crew work super quickAll around great and very thankful we went with them

I can only say great things about them. I have had to use their pods for over a year now. When I called the response and drop off was faster than I imagined. One unit they were able to drop it in a space I needed that I never thought they’d get into. The continued support has been wonderfully personal. Again, I can’t say anything but great things about them.

I had a moving nightmare but UNITS came to my rescue. I was able to get to 2 UNITS and they came and swapped them out and stored one. Very good communication and worked with my needs. Also they were able to beat the price Pods gave me!!! UNITS for the win!!!

I normally don't make the time to write reviews however in this case I had to make an exception. I happened to find myself in an emergency situation needing to secure a portable storage unit for my belongings with no notice. After calling all the "Big" portable storage unit companies only to waste precious time listening to a recording only to be transferred to a person in another state and told they could not help me I happened to see the web page for Units moving and portable storage. On such short notice I thought it might be a lost cause but what did I have to lose. To my surprise an actual person answered the phone named Travis who immediately calmed me down and assured me he wd do everything within his power to help me out . Within minutes of my initial call Travis called me back and had coordinated with his driver to have a portable unit delivered within hours. I apologize for such a long review however I can't begin to express how absolutely amazing this company and its employees truly are. Within hours the portable storage unit was sitting in my driveway and the gentleman who worked overtime to deliver my storage unit even return to my home an hour later or so to help me move all of mine and my children's life possessions into the storage unit because he knew I had very little help on such short notice. I have never had such amazing service from any company in my 46 years on this planet. From start to finish Travis and his amazing team at units moving and portable storage have been hands down the best group of people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I urge anyone with an upcoming move to give this awesome local business a call. They truly care about their customers and made me feel like family that day! 🚚❤️
