First time in a CrossFit gym and I have felt so welcomed. It’s a very clean gym, lots of equipment, all in great condition and the people are extremely warm—friendly and knowledgeable!! It’s been a year and I e lost weight and much stronger mentally and physically.

I started going to CrossFit Harwood Heights two years ago. I really enjoy it and I’m always looking forward to my next visit. All the coaches pay close attention to the equipment you’re using to make sure it’s used the proper way. Specially at my age when some of the workouts have to be modified. I highly recommend it.

Had a chance to drop in here due to a layover and it was great. Very close to O'Hare Airport in a suburby part of Chicago. Box had plenty of space for me despite my late email, and it seemed I could do my own thing or join the class (opted for the latter cause duh). Tara was very attentive to all members and the workout was well structured and well coached. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

All were very welcoming and were open to sharing experiences as well as a laugh or two! The classes are run very well with a fun group warm up and then into skills depending on if you want more barbells and higher level skills in your life or would rather stick to more of a scaled version. Both programs are run side by side and deff get a sweat going! Meanwhile 2 coaches were making the rounds checking form and making sure everyone understands the movements in prep for the WOD. No one is neglected or gets lost in the crowd- which is fantastic! The WODs are run well and fully explained with the coaches eager to answer any and all questions about movement standards. Great people. Great facility. Great coaching. Great community. I will be dropping in again in the near future!
