I dropped in today and met Coach Sarah! She was super welcoming/accommodating. The gym has everything you need and is super convenient if you’re coming in from the airport. If I’m ever back in Chicago, I’ll drop back in!

I've been a member of CrossFit HH for about 6 weeks, and I can't believe how much I love the workouts and the fitness gains I've made already! The coaches are phenomenal! They are caring and attentive, and truly supportive, especially for someone like me who is a newbie to CrossFit. The members are welcoming and bring such a positive vibe and energy to each class. They are several class times to suit a busy schedule and the facility is great. I'm so happy to be part of this amazing fitness community!

I am not a ‘gym person’, but working with CrossFit harwood heights has given me a confidence to use equipment in a way that is simple and clear. I’ve found that I really enjoy the workout and feel that I have a growing confidence that I could do this by myself. For me, this aspect of training is so important, as I’ve never really wanted to exercise. Now it seems to be a natural and growing part of me. I found Hayley coaching style excellent. She really listened to me and made me feel completely differently about training.Hayley has given me the tools to want to exercise independently and enjoy it. Something I never thought could happen. I would wholeheartedly recommend cross fit harwood heights to everyone and in fact already have. specially coach Hayley She is kind, thoughtful and really tries to understand the person she is training. Empowering them to get the best out of themselves. One great thing about coach Hayley is that she never judges you. She has this amazing way of making you reflect and come out with answers that are truthful and positive. coach Hayley is very inclusive and tries to understand why the person feels the way they do about training, and tackle that. It is actually liberating.

I recently became a member and truly love the gym! All the coaches and members are helpful and motivating. It is a great community to be apart and I’m happy that I joined. I have never done crossfit before I joined this gym and I am learning so much and look forward to working out everyday. The workouts really push me.

CrossFit Hardwood Heights is a hidden gem. It has all the equipment necessary and coaching staff to make it a fun and enjoyable experience. Classes can be as easy and or as hard as you want to make them and the dedication from the coaches and other members makes it addicting.
