I came into CFHH with absolutely no experience and, honestly, without much of a normal gym routine either. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from day one, I’ve felt welcomed, encouraged, and supported by everyone. The coaches are patient, helpful, and make you feel comfortable no matter your experience level. Can’t wait to continue growing as a member of CFHH!

I had a positive experience at this gym. The equipment was clean, modern, and well maintained, with enough machines available even during busy hours. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The locker rooms were tidy, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and motivating. It may not be the largest gym, but it has everything needed for a productive workout, and I would be happy to continue training here

I dropped in today and met Coach Sarah! She was super welcoming/accommodating. The gym has everything you need and is super convenient if you’re coming in from the airport. If I’m ever back in Chicago, I’ll drop back in!

I've been a member of CrossFit HH for about 6 weeks, and I can't believe how much I love the workouts and the fitness gains I've made already! The coaches are phenomenal! They are caring and attentive, and truly supportive, especially for someone like me who is a newbie to CrossFit. The members are welcoming and bring such a positive vibe and energy to each class. They are several class times to suit a busy schedule and the facility is great. I'm so happy to be part of this amazing fitness community!

I am not a ‘gym person’, but working with CrossFit harwood heights has given me a confidence to use equipment in a way that is simple and clear. I’ve found that I really enjoy the workout and feel that I have a growing confidence that I could do this by myself. For me, this aspect of training is so important, as I’ve never really wanted to exercise. Now it seems to be a natural and growing part of me.I found Hayley coaching style excellent. She really listened to me and made me feel completely differently about training.Hayley has given me the tools to want to exercise independently and enjoy it. Something I never thought could happen.I would wholeheartedly recommend cross fit harwood heights to everyone and in fact already have. specially coach Hayley She is kind, thoughtful and really tries to understand the person she is training. Empowering them to get the best out of themselves.One great thing about coach Hayley is that she never judges you. She has this amazing way of making you reflect and come out with answers that are truthful and positive. coach Hayley is very inclusive and tries to understand why the person feels the way they do about training, and tackle that. It is actually liberating.
