I looked for a gym home and found it. This gym is accommodating to all abilities and body types. It is by no means full of frills or a boutique. No gimmicks here just straight hard work.

We had a group of 9 drop in, most of us were from out of town. The coaches at this gym made us feel welcome and ran a great class. The facility is stunning. Very large space with a separate crossfit room in the back. Turfed area for warm up and overflow. Beautiful locker room style restrooms. Ultra clean.

Not all boxes/coaches are equal. Drew Denny is at the top in the coaching world of Crossfit. If you are scared or intimidated of Cross fit because of what you have seen or heard, don't be. Come in and give it a try. Drew will make you feel like one of the family. You will learn a lot and want to go back.

The owner Drew is beyond helpful and the type of guy who is nonjudgemental, humble, and easy to go to for help and advice. If you don't like Drew, you probably don't like ice cream either.

Checked it out, became a member. Drew is an involved coach and responded every time I reached out to him about checking out his gym. Everyone in there told me it's the best coaching and box around. Can't say enough about Drew. He's worked with me through an injury with scaled and modified wods while still pushing me to up my results. Great coaching. Positive attitude. Non of the nose in the air I'm use to from my normal gym. Everyone helps push and coach everyone else to do their best. Drew is a great coach/trainer and pushed everyone to perform to their best.
