Top place to work out. The trainers are fantastic and are happy to be as flexible as required. Not gonna lie, you need to put the effort in to get the rewards and I'm not a novice gym goer but I did have an illness that left me with sever nerve damage and I used Kn... More

After doing the mens club for a few months I moved into the boots camps as well. I now have the fitness to do both which is thanks to all the coaches. The support you get is just amazing, no judgement, no matter what level of fitness you are at. My personal goal this year was to compete in the Masters competition (over 50 years) at King & Queen. Along with 13 other old buggers we did it. Yes it was hot and hard work but thanks to all the coaches we got it done. I can't thank Knights enough. I've been with knight fitness since Feb 2021 and it's seriously my escape from the world. All the coaches are beautiful souls and seriously it's just the bloody best I wouldn't change where I go to spend my day to smash my workouts ever. I feel Ive FINALLY found somewhere that I belong and love to be. Surrounded by people who are fun, encouraging and have similar goals to you. Even when I have an injured back the coaches are happy to change my workouts for me and write up a seperate white board for me to help me and I've never got that from other gyms before. Once I started my first class I noticed that a lot of the people attending were people like myself just the average everyday people who were there for the same reason I was. To get fit and healthy and to stay fit and healthy. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, non judgmental and they made you feel like part of a team. When doing the classes the ones participating would support you by cheering you on as well. The coaches would also push you to reach your target they would check in on you to make sure you are ok. If you struggled with a certain task then they would simplify it in a way you would still be working ur muscles and getting the most out of it. To this day I still go to knight fitness and I love going there. I have made some forever friends and I feel like part of a family. Knight fitness is a warm and welcoming place and I recommend it to everybody who is wanting to change their lives and get fit. I’m no where near my goal in loosing weight but since working out everyday I’ve noticed a lot of change in my body and mental health. I have also lost some weight and this has impacted on my health issues in a positive way. I feel more alive and I never thought that I would go from being scared to go to a gym to actually feeling like I have to go everyday as my body/mind doesn’t like missing classes it’s gotten used to exercising now it comes naturally as part of my everyday routine. Knight fitness has changed my life for the better and I encourage anybody to give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. 😁 Less

I recently completed the 14 day challenge for Mums starting on the 25 May 2020. Loved that I could do it in the comfort of my own home with or without my baby boy. The instructor's were fantastic. Great with motivating you to push harder or just sticking with it and always very positive. the sessions weren't easy but I loved the challenge after coming back from having a baby. After 18 years of rotating shift work driving trucks, working 12 hour shifts,50,60,70&80 hours a week I WAS miserable, out shape and disappointed with what was in the mirror. I personally knew the location of every cholesterol corner takeaway shop on the east coast. Tried all sorts of quick fix pills, shakes and late night infomercial gimmicks. NOTHING worked!! Mark and his team are nothing if not accomodating, Classes and times are staggered so shift work is not a issue. Equipment is awesome, and weather there is 6 men in a class or 36 people in a mixed boot camp it still feels like personal training. Other gyms may be cheaper to join but how many people pay membership just for bragging rights? Knights will hold you accountable 😁 happy to say life is good, made new friends and actually look forward to exercising. To be honest I have a pretty sweet gym set up at home and had been crossfitting for several years before moving north, so my intention was to do the 6 weeks only to kick myself into gear and then continue on the training WODs at home. That was 5 months ago and I’m still here. Knight Fitness is an incredibly welcoming gym, the culture created by the trainers and the people who attend is probably the best I’ve ever experienced. The small class sizes build comradeship and make it fun. It allows the trainers to focus on technique which has resulted in my range of motion being the best it has been in since I can remember, but most importantly it also allows the trainers to push you past the point of where I would’ve quit if I was training at home on my own. For me in my busy life there is no better feeling knowing I can rock up to my 45mins morning session as brain dead as I want to be as Zach has put all the thought and effort into the session plan that will work me hard enough in order to get results whilst still maintaining my love affair with Super Supremes and IPAs. It was late one night 12 months ago whilst scrolling through the garbage on the internet that I came across an ad to join the over 30's mens group at Knight Fitness. After reading a few successful testimonies from some of its members I thought to myself, it's too easy, to good to be true. So contemplating it for a week I bit the bullet and got in touch, not knowing what i was doing just knew i was doing something. Once placed in a group and paired with a trainer (young Zachary) I quickly realised this was not your normal gym, this was in fact a place where a bunch of enthusiastic people came with one goal in mind, to better themselves in one way or another for various reasons. The friendly, encouraging and supportive environment created by its members and trainers has been the secret to my success. In the 12 months since joining I have lost 40kgs and maintained it and will into the future through the knowledge gained from the experienced staff. My energy levels, self esteem, confidence, happiness, health and mental game are now next level and the positivity created is now flowing onto my family and friends. The reason I get out of bed for a 5am session 3 times a week is because the strangers I started with are now mates - collectively we struggle, strive, push each other, support each each other and watch each other grow. The team is bigger than the mens group I am lucky enough to be a part of- the team is the whole Knight Army. As an ex Soldier I have missed the comaraderie that comes from sharing tough experiences with like minded people, I experience that feeling in this gym every session - it is great to be a part of a team again. A big shout out to Coach Zac for pushing me to an empty tank every session and giving me a new lease on life, and a big shout out to all of the other Coaches that give this gym a unique feel of inclusiveness.
