I love the non-gym feel with so many options from basic to high intensity classes! The coaches are amazing, very patient and encouraging (but not pushy)! Great place to start or to get back into exercise. :-)
I have been going to Knight Fitness for over 5 years. It is fantastic. Everyone is there to support one another and cheer on any achievements. There are no huge egos, just beautiful people. The trainers/coaches are always enthusiastic, knowledgeable and most important friendly and caring. It is not just a gym, it is a community!

Top place to work out. The trainers are fantastic and are happy to be as flexible as required. They take the time to warm you up, ask about any injuries or niggles and adapt your work out accordingly. I have only met lovely people both trainers and fellow gym users. Would definitely recommend highly for anyone at any level of fitness.

I have been at Knights for just over 2 years now. I started with the mens club and meeting Galli as my first coach, who has been brilliant with regards to support and advice. After doing the mens club for a few months I moved into the boots camps as well. I now have the fitness to do both which is thanks to all the coaches. The support you get is just amazing, no judgement, no matter what level of fitness you are at. My personal goal this year was to compete in the Masters competition (over 50 years) at King & Queen. Along with 13 other old buggers we did it. Yes it was hot and hard work but thanks to all the coaches we got it done. I can't thank Knights enough. Done the 6 week challenge and the support was amazing! Classes were great, feed back was good on my food diary they provided me with. Accountability was kept up. Even when I have an injured back the coaches are happy to change my workouts for me and write up a seperate white board for me to help me and I've never got that from other gyms before. I have loved going to knight fitness! I started with a 6 week challenge to get myself motivated and into a gym after having a baby. I've had the best time training there. I was always made to feel comfortable and everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
I join knight fitness about a year ago and started with the 6 weeks challenge , after losing 6 kg and gaining many friend . I started with 3 session a week to now doing 5 a week and tonight did my first double classe . Knight is not like any other gym all coach are different in their style of teaching and I enjoy doing all their classe , is a good mix of cardio, weight and stretch .
The men's club is a great program. Coaches help you all the way through your journey and a friendly environment to be in

Once I started my first class I noticed that a lot of the people attending were people like myself just the average everyday people who were there for the same reason I was. To get fit and healthy and to stay fit and healthy. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, non judgmental and they made you feel like part of a team. When doing the classes the ones participating would support you by cheering you on as well. The coaches would also push you to reach your target they would check in on you to make sure you are ok. If you struggled with a certain task then they would simplify it in a way you would still be working ur muscles and getting the most out of it. To this day I still go to knight fitness and I love going there. I have made some forever friends and I feel like part of a family. Knight fitness is a warm and welcoming place and I recommend it to everybody who is wanting to change their lives and get fit. I’m no where near my goal in loosing weight but since working out everyday I’ve noticed a lot of change in my body and mental health. I have also lost some weight and this has impacted on my health issues in a positive way. I feel more alive and I never thought that I would go from being scared to go to a gym to actually feeling like I have to go everyday as my body/mind doesn’t like missing classes it’s gotten used to exercising now it comes naturally as part of my everyday routine. The new Virtual lessons online are incredible, challanging but still have that trainer interaction to direct, motivate and encourage you to progress at your individual pace. I was worried as I am not that self-motivated to do my own workouts, but luckily for me, Mark and his Knight Fitness crew had remote virtual workout sessions up and running the very next day. Now, I love going to the gym, working out with friends and having a laugh, but these virtual sessions have been AMAZING ( and who knew that body weight exercises could be so hard). The virtual sessions have allowed me to continue my fitness journey which began with Knights Fitness approximately eight months ago. Along with the zoom sessions, I decided to participate in the remote six week nutrition challenge (which, luckily, has stopped me from eating and drinking all the ISO food and booze I stocked up on 😂). What I love about Knight Fitness is that they don't just let you plod along on your own without any support...they designate a trainer to be your accountability coach. My coach, Keri Richardson, has been incredible... he helped me set goals for the six week nutrition challenge (and has kept me fairly honest with my diet), and made me commit to a certain number of virtual sessions a week and encourages me to keep moving ( I even did the Knight Fitness-adapted Murph challenge and it was horrible - but I never would have done it without Keri's enthusiasm to keep challenging me). He also keeps it interesting by providing me with customised workout programmes using the equipment I have at home. It has been awesome to have someone in my corner, communicating regularly with me, keeping me motivated so that when the gym reopens I will (hopefully) come back lighter and stronger💪. During this period of social isolation, keeping moving has been so important for my mental health and it has been incredible to still feel part of a community, because that is what Knight Fitness is all about. If you are thinking about joining a gym, but don't want to just be a number, don't want to feel intimidated by others and where the coaches know your name........give Knight Fitness a go.....you won't regret it!! Such a positive vibe at Knights! Absolutely smashed my goals with the help and encouragement from all trainers and members. The team are brilliant and helped me gain the confidence to try different exercises, perfecting my technique along the way. Best gym I’ve ever been to! 💪🏼
water of time I tried to get in contact even before this pandemic even occur yet I got no reply from them fully waste of time but decided to go to another organisation that's better and better online programs and at least they get back in touch with you so no totally not recommended

Knight fitness helped me get to my goal weight in a short period of time. they were supportive throughout the entire challenge and allways had a positive attitude. Jarrod was my trainer for the challenge he messaged me weekly with support and things that could help me throughout the program. I recommend him highly. These guys have it all sorted out. No egos, no pressure from know it alls. The classes are structured to not only beat your goals but to also build mate-ship. This is the no excuses fitness centre and they are there to make sure you get everything out of your workout.

Knight Fitness is completely different to other gyms. I’ve been going for almost 2 years and if I went anywhere else I would have stopped long ago and just donated money each week. The trainers keep you motivated and the members make you want to come back. Great place All Round.

You just have to make the first step and get in touch with them, And they will do the rest you just have to show up 3 times a week that fits your schedule and follow their meal Plan.
