I had a great experience with Sean from Indyspect for my 11 month inspection on my new build home. He was extremely informative from beginning to end. He got with me quickly after submitting an online request and was able to schedule on the exact day I requested. He was very quick to give me his recommendation on services needed and was priced very fairly. He was very informative during the inspection and did not hesitate to answer any question I asked. Met with Sean today on my home being inspected. What an awesome guy. Super knowledgeable and friendly didn't mind answering question while working.
