Jenni Williams helped me turn my angst, anger, and frustrations into clarity, calm, and peace. Do I still have issues? Yes, I do. However it’s effects are far less in volume and length. My work is going better as I spoke up for myself with confidence. Speaking up for myself was something I used to only do for others or my team. Somehow thinking that someday, I too would be rewarded for my work. Which is an odd thought since I have years of contrary results. Jenni helped me confidently walk to and be on my own side. So much so that I busted through a common female limiting belief of ‘not making more money than my Daddy’. My Father and my Uncle both retired from Federal Service as a GS-13 (double-whammy of a limiting belief).
