I also appreciate how Anastasia didn’t use any common pressure sales tactics. She was a true sales professional and consultant that really got to know my needs by asking a lot of great discovery questions. I could tell that Anastasia was really all about helping me and not treating it as a transaction. In the end, we felt the A7 was the best solution for my situation and family. I love how they keep you informed with updates after the purchase, since there is a waiting period. I also purchase my chemicals and supplies from there as well. Ashley is very knowledgeable in that field and can help with any issues with your spa water or general questions. I highly recommend stopping at Tri-Cities Bullfrog before making your final decision on a spa. We’re very happy with our A7 and are lifetime customers of Bullfrog now.
