Ashley has done the impossible, she made the detailed and confusing spa chemical requirements for our spa so easy to grasp. Her vast knowledge of the chemicals needed was explained in a very understandable way. I left feeling confident and ready to treat our spa. She was super nice and personable. We have had our Bullfrog Hot Tub for 3 years now. We love it and it has been fantastic. The ability to move the Jet Packs around in the hottub is awesome as well and initially being able to pick the jets per seat that you want. We love the fact that they will ship to your door all the chemicals you need. The staff is super awesome and they always are very helpful. Highly Recommended!

Ashley was the one that sold us our spa, she is absolutely delightful and knowledgeable, definitely an asset to the company. We've had our 2-3 person Bullfrog for about a month and have been using it every day. Hubby and I both have bad backs so we are loving the strong jets and changeable jetpacks. Customer service is top notch, they always went out of their way to make sure we are happy. The warranty is great also.
