I had three at home sessions with Sonia and made great progress starting to walk at the three month mark since Tibial plateau surgery on the left leg. She inspired the confidence I needed to progress back to a normal life at home now in London and soon on the South Coast. Her exercises have helped this progression. I was very dubious of the benefits of the laser treatment for bad tendonitis in my ankle.... After one session I had an increased range of motion and strength. Being an active person all my life it felt like the world had collapsed around me when I received the dreadful news of hip arthritis. I literally gave up hope. I use the same gym where Sonia is located and after reading her poster which caught my attention firstly with the name “healing hands” and secondly the fact she claimed she could help with hip arthritis. After reading her online reviews I was left amazed with all the positive feedback she was getting. This encouraged me to contact her. After speaking to her I decided to go ahead with the k laser treatment. I could tell after the first session something felt right I couldn’t say it cured me after 1 session but I definitely felt slightly better. Now I’m here after having 4 treatments (due another 2) I can happily say my pain has reduced immensely. I’m running 5k 5 days a week and this is all thanks to healing hands. Sonia is such a lovely person she doesn’t just do it for the money, she always try’s and make sure all her clients have a good experience aswell as being treated for their issues. I had a really painful ankle which I I’d been struggling with for about 6 weeks. I then started k-laser treatment and after only three sessions it feels so much better and hopefully will be completely healed without the need for any more than just the three sessions

Dad had pain in his upper back and elbow for over a week . The painkillers only have temporary relief . My Husband, Paul went to Sonia suffering with an excruciating shoulder and had very limited movement. Sonia treated an acute trapped nerve that I had happen right before Christmas. She was able to start the treatment the same day I contacted her and continued it throughout the Christmas period. If I had to rate the worse pain on my body I would state it was the pain I'd get on my upper back and it would spread and fatigue levels would increase and life seemed to be very much working around this which was very limiting. Nerve pain medication was no longer effective and I had stopped taking it a year and half prior. After having tried K-laser I could feel an instant difference. I would maintain my pain levels by working on my foot muscles at the gym and relieve tension this process sometimes would take a lot of time to feel relief. However, the K-laser I found it very powerful and I also had a combination of acupuncture which proved to benefit me even further. My back was very sensitive and any slight movements would bring on nerve pain which meant I could not do much of strengthening exercises on the upper body. However, the K laser and acupuncture worked directly on my back and I really found it to be miraculous how my nerve pain had drastically reduced after suffering for so many years. Now I am able to do weights using my upper body and I have hope to continue improving. Sonia at K-Laser started with laser and acupuncture therapies, however after four treatments this was reduced to laser treatment alone. I was amazed to experience an improvement after my first treatment. My pain levels then reduced considerably, and the subsequent episodes of pain were of shorter duration and less intense. I feel reassured that the treatment is totally non evasive. My sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes and during this period, all known painful areas of my body are specifically targeted. Initially, I had two sessions per week and the pain relief would last approximately a week, improving my quality of life. After 2 months of treatment, I was able to reduce the sessions to once a week. My aim is to increase the time between treatment sessions to once a fortnight with a view to combining this approach with a reduction in the prescribed medication that I still require. My experience of using K-Laser has been positive and I would have no hesitation in recommending this treatment option to others who are experiencing neuropathic pain. Less

Because of knee injury, it wasn’t doing anything better for me in almost 10 days rest. I would say K-Laser therapy was magical. Sonia was very helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. With the mixer of acupuncture and laser therapy, she worked on my knee cap and eased the pain in a couple of session which I didn’t expect in that short period. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to Sonia by a friend and after an initial consultation she informed me that it would be necessary to alleviate the pain first and then strengthen the muscular system thereafter. This was undertaken over a period of a few weeks using a combination of acupuncture, electrode pads and laser therapy. It is successful and has alleviated much of the pain and stiffness and I am able to sleep much better at night and with the exercises set am finding my physical job much easier. Yesterday I went to my water therapy at Hospital and Hospital physio couldn’t believe it’s only 12th day after my surgery and I am able to bent and move! The treatment just do wonders! After my right knee replacement I was like there is going to be no way I am gonna do my other leg due to uncontrollable pain I suffered! It was very good experience with physio healing hand

Sonia has been helping my father post stroke. Her patient and creative approach has encouraged my father to start doing the exercises himself. This is something which several other physio's failed to accomplish. We look to seeing my father's health improve as we continue with Sonia.

Sonia's treatment for my shoulder and elbow trouble is brilliant and has really helped me. Sonia always gives great advice and has helped me during the pregnancy and after the delivery. Her massages are therapeutic massage and relieve my pains. She always finds time to treat me when I need it. She is very nice and it is always a pleasure to have a session with her. Highly recommended.

Sonia at Healing Hands is highly recommended! I've used many physios over the years but I've never been pain free as quickly as I was after visiting Sonia. I wouldn't hesitate in using her again. She was very accommodating when arranging appointments and kept in touch between appointments to see how I was getting on.
