These guys worked hard in sometimes difficult weather to get this project done. There was a level of detail to their work as well and making sure that everything was done well, and that could be easily seen in the oversight by the owner. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’re busy and it can take a bit to get an appointment, but the quality is well worth the wait!

We hired Kirkland Property Solutions to remodel a house we wanted to move into. This was a complete house remodel interior and exterior. They installed a new roof, all windows, doors and new siding. The interior was taken down to studs and completely redone. They removed a wall separating the kitchen and living room. Fireplace was removed, new kitchen cabinets and countertops were added. A large island was put in the kitchen. New cabinets in the bathroom with new walk in shower and another half bath was redone. New drywall and paint throughout. The transformation from an outdated house to what it is now is nothing short of amazing. Brendan and his crew were very professional and great to work with. Communication throughout this project was great and every detail was considered. My wife and I are very happy we used Kirkland for this project and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone. We can't thank them enough for the work that was done and the final product.
