Called Kirtland Property to repair a segment of rotten rim joist. Brendan came out that day and was very professional. Seeing the patio was also in disrepair, he offered to quote a pad replacement and a new composite deck landing with steps. Our project was completed in a timely manner and the attention to detail was spot on. We love the new patio and steps. The rim joist replacement was excellent and we can really tell that it added support back to the house. No more bounce floors. If you have a project around the house that needs some help, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience with Kirkland and are thrilled with the remodel of our master bath. Our bathroom was gutted to the studs, included complex tile work, and required the relocation of a door, toilet, plumbing and electrical wiring. These guys worked hard in sometimes difficult weather to get this project done. There was a level of detail to their work as well and making sure that everything was done well, and that could be easily seen in the oversight by the owner. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’re busy and it can take a bit to get an appointment, but the quality is well worth the wait!
