Tracy and the team at Sun American Mortgage are amazing! As a first-time homeowner, the process of buying a home felt incredibly stressful, but Tracy made me feel completely comfortable and supported every step of the way.She was kind, honest, direct, and thoroughly professional. I had so many questions and called her often, but she always put my mind at ease by explaining everything in absolute detail. Thanks to her guidance, closing on our home was a total breeze! We are forever grateful for everything she did to help us reach this milestone. If you are looking to buy a home, I cannot recommend Tracy and her team highly enough! The Whitney's

We cannot say enough amazing things about our lender and the experience we had throughout the home-buying process! As first-time homebuyers, my fiancé and I had so many questions and honestly didn’t always know what to expect. Our lender, Tracy was incredibly patient, helpful, and reassuring every step of the way.She took the time to explain everything to us, answered every question we had, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. We always felt like we were in good hands and that she genuinely cared about helping us get into our home.Buying a house is such a huge milestone for us, and we are so grateful to have had someone who went above and beyond to help make it happen. We truly could not have asked for a better lender and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
