Our experience with the Areny Collection has been nothing short of exceptional. It was a crazy market experience to have to bid and compete with dozens of buyers but Fadie Areny and his team made every effort to ensure we were always making our highest and best offers. However we didn't win any of the bidding wars since he also advised us of what price was just too high. After a few months Fadie found us a property that somehow others had looked over. It needed some work but at price we paid for it we immediately had equity in the property. We've fully finished our remodel and the home is now worth almost $100k more than what we paid for it!
