I took my truck in for the VIP cleaning since I had them put the ceramic coating on my truck. I picked it up today, I'm very particular about my truck being clean. There were some spots that I asked them to clean before I left. The team did what I asked, but my tires white letters were dull and some white chalk was on one of them. Over all the truck looks good its just that I'm very particular.

I would recommend doing your research before picking a shop. If you are looking for budget friendly this may be a good route for you. If you are looking for a quality long, lasting ceramic coating, this may not be the best option. They pride themselves and how quick they can get it done, but it seems that they cut corners and miss a lot of spots being fast, considering all other shops, are a week or more to have this done correctly.
