Wow! Cannot say enough good things about my ceramic coating. I was very skeptical at first and damn near backed out of the job. Roll forward two years and I’m so happy that I had the coating done. Washing my RV is a breeze. And a quick blow dry with my leaf blower and it looks like it rolled off the show room floor.

Factory paint jobs are definitely not as durable or clean as you'd expect them to be for what we pay these days, and I fell victim to numerous scratches, chips, and dents. After seeing what Ceramic King Coatings was able to do with my wife's Trailblazer last fall; which was severely scratchy from a brushed carwash, I decided to schedule an appointment for the truck. Samantha got me on the books in under a month for dent removal, paint, and ICON Rocklear Coating service. Anyone who knows paint, knows it needs time to cure. Being that I live in NC, that meant a fairly long drive with the high probability of covering fresh paint with bug guts between services. These folks kept my truck safe on site for 5 weeks and 2 days to ensure everything was done right, and had time to cure properly. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and truly appreciate their commitment to good service! If you're buying a new vehicle that you are going to care how it looks, you'd be crazy not to add their services to your financial plan when purchasing. The paint doesn’t bead up or repel water like what you see in their advertisements and videos on social media. I was expecting to be “wowed” when the first rain hit. But my truck has more repellant properties than the car they treated and the truck has never been ceramic treated. Overall, I am not very impressed. I took my truck in for the VIP cleaning since I had them put the ceramic coating on my truck. I picked it up today, I'm very particular about my truck being clean. There were some spots that I asked them to clean before I left. The team did what I asked, but my tires white letters were dull and some white chalk was on one of them. Over all the truck looks good its just that I'm very particular.

I would recommend doing your research before picking a shop. If you are looking for budget friendly this may be a good route for you. If you are looking for a quality long, lasting ceramic coating, this may not be the best option. They pride themselves and how quick they can get it done, but it seems that they cut corners and miss a lot of spots being fast, considering all other shops, are a week or more to have this done correctly. Had the full ceramic coating package applied to my 3 year old truck (interior and exterior) and it literally looks better than when I purchased it, and will now continue to do so. These folks are so detail oriented, understand customer service (thanks Samantha, et al), communication, and good old fashioned teamwork. They kept all their promises regarding scheduling and workmanship, and I will definitely be returning for any after care needs, including exterior/interior detailing to maintain how good it looks.
