My husband was laid off suddenly and forces ro retire. He and I were both 65. I have mobility issues and he was developing them. The loss of his job meant we could no longer afford our current home, but the houses we could afford were 2 hours from my job. I had no desire to retire.We were handed off to Dylan by another realtor who was ill. He helped us find some houses and we met him there. We were immediately impressed by the way he checked out each house's main systems (hot water heater, air-conditioner, etc.) to make sure they worked. I have a hard time with stairs, but I love that style of house. He always included some one-level houses in our search because he felt like I'd be safer in a one level.We were in a big hurry to get into a more affordable house and stop making huge payments on our current home. Dylan understood the urgency and worked to help us find a house as quickly as possible. Anytime I didn't understand real estate lingo, he explained it to me. He is very knowledgeable and that made my husband and I feel we could trust him.Dylan is very responsive to email and text, answering almost immediately. Dylan sold my Mom’s house last year. I forgot to write a review. Dylan was incredible. We were selling the house “as is”, though it was a gem of a house at an incredible and sought after location just inside the beltway in Virginia. Dylan put out a buzz online before it went live and within days there were about 35 offers, 3 of which were $100,000 over asking price. He helped me immensely in guiding and helping me clear out the house. Any time I reached out to him by text, he always replied within minutes. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.

Dylan Ford was referred to myself from Alice Park and he made buying a house cross country easy. I can say that the home buying process was enjoyable with his help. I am moving to the DMV from the Midwest in order to start a medical residency and Dylan was with us every step of the way during the buying process, even with late night calls and 3 hour drives to look at homes.
