My 14-year-old son wanted to start strength training, and my priority was finding a program that emphasized safety and proper mechanics. Matt was fantastic—he took the time to meet with us, explain the methodology, and really listen to my son’s goals for soccer and overall fitness. My son is now a huge fan of both the strength and speed programs at Wilmington Strength. He’s not just getting stronger; he’s building great habits, mastering his form, and gaining a ton of confidence.
