Very convenient, I was able to handle all arrangement on the phone, my 16ft storage unit was delivered and place on my driveway. Texts messages kept me informed of the drivers location and announce when they arrived. What's more - if you've ever used PODS then you know they have a machine that lifts your POD into the air and is really quite volatile and unbalanced. UNITS is the way to go. I have used PODs before and the pod itself was difficult to maneuver since you had a garage door that was poorly made to pull up and down. UNITs was like having a front door and it was easy to open/close. The UNIT sits higher than the POD and no water/snow was ever present in the unit itself. The are able to maneuver & place the unit wherever your heart desires, it’s pretty neat how they drive it in with a motorized fork lift!
