This man will stop at *nothing* to clear your pipes. First time, he had to try a bunch of different stuff because my plumbing is *custom*, but he finally punched a hole in the massive root system in my sewer line. All was good, until it wasn't. I’ll never use a different hydrojetter. Jake was very knowledgeable and walked me through his process and even let me watch over his shoulder as he showed me my sewer line and the roots he removed. He did a great job and on top of it he was half the price the big plumbers were quoting me. Highly recommend!

Came out short notice - the day after Xmas - with no upcharge. Bailed me out of a bad situation with another plumbing service trying to get one over on us. Jake's great, having them back out later on for more work.

The very next day I was getting text AND email reminders for payment. (Also FYI card processing fees are passed on to you at 4%.) My invoice states the sewer to main line was scoped with pre & post video and pictures included. The clogged pipe was a tube to a channel drain in our driveway and was about 7ft long and you can see through it completely. So obviously it was not the sewer nor the main line and the scope was not done but it is what I was charged for...? As an added bonus it was explained to me how to take the grates off my drain, the very grates I took off to pressure wash the previous week. IDK if its my fault for not clarifying EVERYTHING or if their "black and white" business model is a little more grey than they think. But the unclear pricing + fees, asking for a review, repeated requests for payment after ONE day, etc. have left me feeling a bit irked with the situation. Jake came all the way to Grantsville to hydro blast my drain, he was quick, thorough and efficient. He actually charged less than another quote. A different plumber came out twice and was unable to clear my drain. Jake did it in under an hour! I highly recommend Drain Kingz!

He did a great job.. he was honest and fair and wanted to do a good job. I hope I never have to use him again, but I will call him first if I have to.

I had a clogged mainline, and Jake came quickly and took care of the problem for me. I’m very grateful that he came as quickly as he did. I hope I never have the same kind of issues but if I do I know who to call.
