I went to Bliss for severe muscular pain in my right shoulder that got so bad that I could no longer turn my neck, no pain in my neck just restricted from tight muscles. I suffer Fibromyalgia and have had this same problem a few years ago and had a regular chiropractic doctor that I went to and easily got my muscles in my back to calm down in one or two visits. I would also do acupuncture once a week. However, my doctor was not available the day I went into Bliss and I couldn’t take the pain any longer. After filling out a novel of information on a useless tablet I finally was seen and was told I required x rays. I was baffled but I agreed. I was then presented with a rediculous out of pocket dollar amount after my extremely great insurance was deducted. But because I was in so much pain, I agreed and paid it. Dr Bliss barely touched my back for an adjustment and I received a 3 minute Acupuncture that did absolutely nothing. I felt so confused upon leaving and assumed that maybe the next visit the following day would be better. The next day Dr Bliss went over my X-rays and concluded with what I already knew but I wanted my upper back fixed so after yet again a quick poke of the needle, I was hurried into the rolling bed think where I also had a ten’s machine paddles barely stuck to my back and sliding all over ( who does that? Rediculous) I was frustrated and became even more tense. After only 5 mins of that I was ushered into Dr Bliss’s office for an actual adjustment. Then I was told I needed to come in 4 days a week $160 after my insurance for a month. I had already spent $280 in 2 days! I felt like an insurance money pony! I left there and never returned and refuse to answer their calls or emails. I went back to my chiropractor the following day and she had me fixed THAT DAY. Frankly I’m ticked that I was scammed. If you have great insurance their eyes will light up. Stay away, you will be the next prey. Dr Bliss- you should be ashamed of yourself! You know what your doing to people! Disgusting PERIOD! Less
