I walked into Mimi‘s cleaners to see if they could sew an additional piece of Velcro onto my granddaughter’s softball backpack to secure her bat. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, I will only go to Mimi‘s cleaners and alterations from now on.

This was a three part review. It started as not good, two items I got back were extremely wrinkled and unwearable. I was very pleased when they willing took them back to correct, so I updated the review. I was even more pleased when they returned them the next day in flawless condition for free. So now I’m updating to give the best possible review. This goes beyond just a good review for what they tangibly provided me, they went above and beyond to correct an error, and that speaks volumes. Beyond dry cleaning, they have done a superb job with alterations. They have for sure earned a repeat customer. Their dedication to service is outstanding, they were understanding throughout the whole process, and really cared. They took time and effort to make things right, and ensure the product they were delivering was superb. Highly recommend!!!
