I will NEVER take my dogs here ever again! They like to do things without your consent and give you a huge bill with things on it that you weren't even aware of! Ridiculous! Kim, the vet tech and Owner/Manager loves to take people's money for services they wasn't even aware of! I called and her answer was " You we're there when we were speaking about it...well the x-ray was done and that's it....". Yes I was there when you and the other nurse were speaking amongst each other BUT nobody asked ME if I wanted and X-ray to be done! I NEVER gave my consent and was NEVER asked personally for you guys to take her or do an X-ray. You guys just took her to the back quicker than quick just to put it in the bill. I repeat, I will involve my lawyers and make sure people and the neighborhoods around there, never go to you ever again! That's robbery! Less

As a first time pet owner, I was frantic when my dog was having a medical emergency. After calling a couple vet clinics to get some advice since the animal ER didn't open for a couple hours, the staff at Trinity Pet Hospital was very sympathetic to my pet, and allowed me to bring him in immediately to be seen by Dr. Lamb. They helped temporarily relieve his problem and pain, and they immediately cleared their schedule the next morning to get him in for emergency surgery. They've been very helpful and accommodating, and Dr. Lamb did a great job to fix my baby and get him on the road to recovery. Thank you so much to the great staff and Dr. Lamb for saving my dog!!!
