Boiler replacement. Attended quickly and completed the job promptly. Communication was good throughout and the paperwork was provided afterwards. I’d be happy to use him again.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with scheduling. After booking weeks in advance, the appointment was canceled 30 minutes prior. I attempted to reschedule, but didn't receive a follow-up response. I ultimately had to find another engineer for a new boiler installation, but I hope their communication improves for future customers.

One of our radiators had stopped working and our boiler had lost pressure. Liam came round and fixed the issue very quickly. I asked if he could do a boiler service at the same time, as the work has only taken a couple of minutes and we were due a service soon. He said he didn't have time to do one at that point but we could book one online.I've since been charged for an hour's labour, although when Liam came round he didn't have time to stay and do an hour's labour. I understand that the price was set before the repair, but I think I expected him to be willing to stay for an hour if necessary. I've sent a couple of emails asking whether we could have a discount off a subsequent boiler service and haven't had any reply.

Used the chat function where I was told there was no availability for the date I wanted, but to check their online calendar. The date was available so I booked it for 8-11am. Got email confirmation. Then got a reminder the day before saying 8am. At 11am phoned them and only got an answering machine. Left my number, nobody got back to me. Boiler still not serviced.
