We recently had a large event over the weekend, and we had hired A-1 Amusements to bring in six different inflatables, a dunk tank, and the trackless train. Not only did they arrive earlier than expected, they were in and out so quick. They really know their stuff! It's amazing to see how quickly they can pack it all back up. We rented the Trackless Train for a community event, and it was above and beyond our expectations! The train played Christmas music, had Christmas decorations, fun lights, and the train conductor and attendant were amazing as well! This was the first time using A1 for a company event and everything went very well. I'll be using them again for future company events. First class service! At time of pick up, the employee working the receptionist area greeted me with a smile and explained their entire pick/drop off process very well. She sent me on my way to drive my vehicle back to their loading dock to pick up my rental items. In the midst of driving through the parking lot to their loading dock they were receiving a delivery from a 52' tractor trailer, which was blocking the entire parking lot, which in turn prevented me from accessing the "pick up" area. "Someone" inside the A1 office area must of saw me sitting in my truck waiting longer than I should of for the delivery truck blocking the parking lot. Rather than letting me sit there for multiple minutes an employee from the office told me to park my truck and they will have someone from the warehouse bring my items to me. After that I was packed up with my items and pulling out of the parking lot no more than 5 minutes later. That's service! As well as having customer awareness to ensure the experience is smooth. Easy to order and pick up. The margarita machine we rented had the best margarita mix! I'm from Texas so I know a good math when I have one! I was worried they would be too sweet but they were not and were delicious. Mango was too sweet though. Return was easy too as they do not need you to clean it! I just ran some water thru it! I saved an empty milk jug to keep the leftovers after our party! This made the day for our guests and takes the stress off of you to constantly be serving drinks! Less

For our high school Field Day, A-1 provided several inflatables and activities, including a large obstacle course, racehorses, and what turned out to be the students personal favorite, a Hungry Hungry Hippos game. They arrived on time and had everything setup for the students. The quality of the inflatables was excellent, and could easily withstand hundreds of high school kids using them. The unique Hippos game, as I said, was a fan favorite, and also something you don't see offered by many other services.
