I called on a Friday afternoon for a last minute rental and Traci was super helpful and had my bouncy house delivered within two hours of the phone call and let us keep the house ALL weekend. She also included the sweetest happy birthday banner, truly excellent customer service! Their installer Jim was super helpful and kind. I highly Recommend renting from them.

Great experience renting a popcorn maker! The customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. The process was smooth, the pricing was very reasonable, and everything worked perfectly. Our company loved it, and it was a big hit at our event. I would definitely rent from them again!

Great company! We have used them for many of our company events. Most recently used their Money Machine and it was a HUGE HIT at our company year end party. The staff is great! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, from start to finish.

A-1 Amusement was tremendously helpful when we wanted to celebrate my mom for her retirement! All four of her kids now live out of state, but we still wanted to make a grand gesture from afar to show her how proud we were. Traci from A-1 helped us design the perfect yard display, complete with 20 flamingos and giant letters spelling out our retirement message. Delivery went off without a hitch, and my mom woke up on her first day of retirement to a great surprise! Thank you, A-1 team, for helping us pull this off so easily! It was a huge hit!!
