We rented the Trackless Train for a community event, and it was above and beyond our expectations! The train played Christmas music, had Christmas decorations, fun lights, and the train conductor and attendant were amazing as well! This was the first time using A1 for a company event and everything went very well. I'll be using them again for future company events. First class service! At time of pick up, the employee working the receptionist area greeted me with a smile and explained their entire pick/drop off process very well. She sent me on my way to drive my vehicle back to their loading dock to pick up my rental items. In the midst of driving through the parking lot to their loading dock they were receiving a delivery from a 52' tractor trailer, which was blocking the entire parking lot, which in turn prevented me from accessing the "pick up" area. "Someone" inside the A1 office area must of saw me sitting in my truck waiting longer than I should of for the delivery truck blocking the parking lot. Rather than letting me sit there for multiple minutes an employee from the office told me to park my truck and they will have someone from the warehouse bring my items to me. After that I was packed up with my items and pulling out of the parking lot no more than 5 minutes later. That's service! As well as having customer awareness to ensure the experience is smooth. It is not cheap to rent a bounce house, but we found the prices were fair and competitive/lower when compared to other companies we called. We have been renting inflatable slides for the past 4 years. We wanted something bigger this year. The Arctic Crush was a HUGE hit. My church has rented bouncers and slides for the past three years so I thought I’d try for a smaller party!!! Amazing!! I rented the frozen slush machine for my son’s graduation party and it was a hit!!!!! The kids and adults loved it! The problem was I only bought one jug of mix from A1!!! The nice thing was they explained I could use any sugary drink So I grabbed Hawaiian Punch and some margarita mixes and the neighbors even chipped In. It was super easy to use! Very happy with A1 Amusement and Party Rental as this was our first year using them, they did not disappoint! We normally rent from another Inflatable company and this year they were unavailable. We called around and went with A1 and chose the Wild Ride Slide, which may be a little pricey however you get what you pay for! They literally handled all of our questions and needs with absolute top notch professionalism and courteousness, I mean each and every person I dealt with from reserving down to the fellows who set it up and took it down were helpful and friendly and covered each and every detail. Easy to order and pick up. The margarita machine we rented had the best margarita mix! I'm from Texas so I know a good math when I have one! I was worried they would be too sweet but they were not and were delicious. Mango was too sweet though. Return was easy too as they do not need you to clean it! I just ran some water thru it! For our high school Field Day, A-1 provided several inflatables and activities, including a large obstacle course, racehorses, and what turned out to be the students personal favorite, a Hungry Hungry Hippos game. They arrived on time and had everything setup for the students. The quality of the inflatables was excellent, and could easily withstand hundreds of high school kids using them. The unique Hippos game, as I said, was a fan favorite, and also something you don't see offered by many other services. I would definitely recommend using A-1 in the future and plan to look into using them for next year's Field Day. Less

This is our second year using A-1 Rental for our field day. They are always punctual, dropping off and picking up. The individuals in charge of set up are very helpful with any info needed or troubleshooting, and are reachable if there is a problem.
