I was referred to A1 by a friend who only had good things to say. After speaking with customer service I decided to utilize their service for my son’s graduation party . As the woman was very thorough in explaining the process and all the rentals and services that they offered without trying to aggressively up-sale. The booking process was seamless, and everyone I encountered from the front desk to the dock was kind.

Our PTA really enjoys working with A-1 Amusement on rentals for our events. Everyone is friendly and responsive from the office/support team to the delivery driver! We have been able to add some fun extras to our yearly events by working with them and appreciate the options of flexible delivery and their suggestions of alternative items in the case what we may be looking for isn't available on the dates we need it.

A1 donated a dunk tank to Project Game-Dey annual fundraising event. The entire process of doing the paperwork to going to the shop to pick up the dunk tank was great. I wish I knew the guy in the backs name because he was awesome and explained everything to the T. The night went great and we raised a lot of money for charity and a large portion of the money we raised was due to A1 Amusement and Party Rental. I wish I could convey how top notch and professional everyone I met at A1 was throughout the process. Thank you A1 and we hope to be back!

Such a great experience! We rented the unicorn playhouse combo. It was a hit for our granddaughter’s 5th birthday party! Traci was so helpful from the start. She made the whole process so smooth. I called on a Friday afternoon for a last minute rental and Traci was super helpful and had my bouncy house delivered within two hours of the phone call and let us keep the house ALL weekend. A-1 Amusement was tremendously helpful when we wanted to celebrate my mom for her retirement! All four of her kids now live out of state, but we still wanted to make a grand gesture from afar to show her how proud we were. Traci from A-1 helped us design the perfect yard display, complete with 20 flamingos and giant letters spelling out our retirement message. Delivery went off without a hitch, and my mom woke up on her first day of retirement to a great surprise! Thank you, A-1 team, for helping us pull this off so easily! It was a huge hit!!
