A1 donated a dunk tank to Project Game-Dey annual fundraising event. The entire process of doing the paperwork to going to the shop to pick up the dunk tank was great. I wish I knew the guy in the backs name because he was awesome and explained everything to the T. The night went great and we raised a lot of money for charity and a large portion of the money we raised was due to A1 Amusement and Party Rental. I wish I could convey how top notch and professional everyone I met at A1 was throughout the process. Thank you A1 and we hope to be back!

Such a great experience! We rented the unicorn playhouse combo. It was a hit for our granddaughter’s 5th birthday party! Traci was so helpful from the start. She made the whole process so smooth. She was super kind, professional and extremely helpful! Thank you, Traci! Jim and Jeff showed up exactly when they said they would. They did a great job setting up the bounce house, frame game and birthday sign! They made sure everything was set up correctly and safe. They were friendly, professional and hard workers! I called on a Friday afternoon for a last minute rental and Traci was super helpful and had my bouncy house delivered within two hours of the phone call and let us keep the house ALL weekend. She also included the sweetest happy birthday banner, truly excellent customer service! Their installer Jim was super helpful and kind. I highly Recommend renting from them.

Great experience renting a popcorn maker! The customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. The process was smooth, the pricing was very reasonable, and everything worked perfectly. Our company loved it, and it was a big hit at our event. I would definitely rent from them again!
