We rented a dunk tank for an event and was very happy with the customer service. We had asked for a different drop off than originally scheduled and they were able to accomodate with no issues. Upon delivery (which was right on time), we were given very clear verbal instruction and safety information and also given 2 copies of the same information in writing. They then showed up within the first 10 minutes of the pick up window which made all of our in house logistics run smoothly. High recommend!!

I have had the great pleasure of using A1 entertainment for inflatables and games for a Girl Scout day camp I run in the summer. Everyone from the office staff to the delivery and set up personnel have been amazingly attentive, helpful, and helped me to stay within my budget but still supply everything I need and more.Their delivery and set up crew is some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They will contact you prior to your event and verify locations and then be on site for set up and for the take down.We were able to visit their on-site warehouse and they walked us through every inflatable that they offer, every game that’s available, showed us how everything worked what it looked like when it was inflated or plugged in and how it could work for our event.When I called to make my order, they were honest and fair with me about set up times and options and they were extremely deliberate and accurate with their pricing information to meI would recommend A1 to anyone looking to rent inflatables or carnival games to use for camps or after proms or any other event.

I rented 9 holes of the mini golf for my husband’s birthday party. It was a huge hit and everyone loved it!I was very impressed with the quality of the set. It was very easy to assemble and arrange. Everything was color coded and the carts they came on made it easy to move around. I love that they also included a table with a nice cover, scorecards, and pencils. There were plenty of putters and balls also provided.If you decide to rent these you will not be disappointed!The rental process, pickup, and drop off was also very easy!

Update June 2026: Second time working with A-1 and they were fantastic again. Super easy scheduling and drop-off/pick-up. The obstacle course was exceptionally clean and a massive hit with my son, nieces, and nephews. Highly recommend them for an extra fun birthday party. We’ll be back again!October 2025: A remarkable company to work with. We booked an obstacle course for our son’s birthday. Upon arrival, the team quickly set up the course within 5/10 minutes.It was the highlight of the birthday party. The kids played for hours on the course. The obstacle course was very clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be back again!
