I haven't been to Journey in almost two years and when I walked in the door Shirley greeted me by name, even after all this time. Dr Madi held my hand during the end of a difficult pregnancy and guided me with grace and love. Journey makes you feel at home, seen, and cared for. I have seen Dr Jess, Dr Madi and now Dr Haley, all of which provide phenomenal care. Journey isn’t just a crack, snap, pop chiropractor - they use gentle techniques and guide you through each part. You will be in great hands here.

I could not recommend this place more. I have struggled with my nervous system for several years. I am chronically ill and showed up to my first appointment crying because I was having such a hard health day. Even though they had never met me, the entire team made me feel so safe, cared for, and seen in my time of vulnerability. The atmosphere of the building and the energy of the whole team are so calming! I have had such a great experience with everyone there! This is my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, and I truly feel like they care about my preferences when it comes to care, as well as who I am and what I experience with my health. The entire team is incredible!

An all women, Christian owned, collaborate. I didn’t know what to expect, and I’m not sure I’ve seen it before. They have various strengths among doctorates and all touch base with your care. I appreciated being invited to be part of the conversation for my daughter. The Doc they chose for her also had a soccer past. I don’t know if that was intentional, but everything there feels like it is. Clean space, great music. I even asked if they do full grown men. They actually defer family plans! My only criticism might be to have a good movie on silent with the caps on in the waiting room.

The care provided is both gentle and compassionate, and I consistently leave appointments feeling better. When life gets busy, I also appreciate the check-in texts from the front desk team!
