I found Dr Jess and Journey at a very low point in my life medically. I felt like there was no hope for recovery and the medical profession had given up on me. Insert Dr Jess and the whole Journey team! Dr Jess took the time to really listen and ask questions and gave hope back to me! There have been progressions and regressions and twists and turns on the path but she has never, ever given up on me! And I was a little hesitant to see Dr Madi because I didn’t want to have to explain everything again…but she knew everything and my care was seamless between the 2 of them and then eventually Dr Lauren as well. Sometimes I am in and out in just a few minutes for a quick adjustment and other times there is a need for a lengthier appointment and I never feel like a burden and never feel like I’m being rushed. And the care doesn’t stop there…the ladies out front are phenomenal! At Journey you are a person with a story and I have never felt like anything less!
