It’s my opinion this firm is very unprofessional. No follow up, takes payment and doesn’t complete tasks that they say they’re going to, they don’t meet required deadlines. If you like chasing the firm around for what work they should be doing go ahead and waste your time with these hacks.

I paid for their services and they didn’t even file my deceased mother’s tax returns!!! I was on a deadline with the CRA, which they knew about and still didn’t file. They didn’t even notify me that it hadn’t been done until I asked them! Extremely unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people who are trying to handle a deceased loved ones taxes.

I was a client of his for 2 years, he and his team were not professional with myself or husband after I decided I didn't want him as our accountant any longer. I have since been trying to retrieve my tax returns for those two years (5/4 years ago) and NOA from his firm for the purposes of an insurance claim and he wont return calls, not even to my lawyers get a call back. What is he hiding, why is it such a problem to retrieve our information from this company. It's my personal information. Be careful, I don't recommend this firm from all their actions as of late. Be cautious everyone.

I had set up a phone meeting so I could inquire about getting an accountant. They never ended up calling me. I am a mom of four and have a very busy schedule, so I am extremely disappointed that they were so unprofessional and couldn’t meet for our schedule meeting.

5 star service, I will not go anywhere else to get my taxes done. The service from start to finish was top notch, Had constant communication and I even forgot to give some paperwork (they were half done my taxes). I simply emailed them over and they added the paperwork. I was treated with a lot of professionalism and courtesy and with a lot of respect. I will be going here for all my needs going forward
