I recently had a kink in my neck/shoulder for over a week from carrying my daughters car seat in a weird position, and immediately after getting my bi-monthly adjustment the pain was significantly reduced. Dr Henry has worked magic on my posture. As a little girl, my dad made me wear a shoulder brace to try and straighten up. 50 some years later, and a couple months worth of adjustments and I find myself standing straighter, slouching less without even thinking about it, and feeling better overall!
