They took lots of notes and listened to my thoughts about the project before offering up some solutions. They took about 10 minutes to write up an estimate which was priced very fair for the amount of work. They then went ahead and made all the updates. At one point they faced some challenges with the weight of the boiler being more than expected, but they problem solved and got it out of there!
