The patient care that Dr. Jacobs and her entire staff provide are second to none. They take the time to listen to any questions one might have and then explain in detail the answers as well as what to expect after a treatment. I would give them 10 stars if I could as their focus is entirely on patients.Additionally, they recommend products that are specific to one’s individual needs rather than trying to suggest every product in their Spa. And they have an unbelievable selection of products.Ooh La La is simply superb in every way.

This is the nicest, most caring staff ever. At your most vulnerable they treat you with love and kindness. Both times i came in, life was kicking me while i was down and they came at me with patience, sweet smiles, and comfort. Nothing i would expect to receive and they gave it freely.
