My wife and I (a US Citizen) wanted to visit our son in Canada who my wife Merlin had never met for a variety of reasons. We tried to obtain a visa for Merlin by ourselves, thinking it would be a straightforward process but were denied... then we heard from a family member who had successfully used Hussein and Canada By Choice to obtain a visa/residency so we contracted them. Merlin is a naturalized Mexican citizen so we thought it would be relatively simple process to obtain the visa but was again denied. Hussein thought that was unusual, so he asked the Canadian IRCC for a clear, specific reason as to why Merlin was denied. Again, she was denied. Now Hussein was not deterred and applied in the name of Merlin a 3rd time... and due to Hussein's insistence, it was finally approved. Merlin and I had given up hope but thankfully for Hussein's "insistence beats resistance" philosophy we obtained the visa. We cried of joy when Hussein personally called with the good news. Thank you, Hussein, for the excellent, knowledgeable, friendly service...we will be forever indebted to you.

Update: I am officially a Canadian citizen, and it's all thanks to the team at CBC! They were my only choice when citizenship became possible, and they guided me through the process as easily as when I came to them for Permanent Residency. They were always available to answer my questions and quell my nerves, and there were never any issues with any of my documentation with the government. My gratitude cannot be expressed in words, and I hope others will take advantage of the knowledge and care of everyone at Canada by Choice!---Words cannot properly express how grateful my partner and I are for everything CBC has done for us. From our initial consultation with Hussein to the letter confirming my permanent residency, everyone in the office has been patient, competent, and helpful beyond measure. They made the process smooth and far less stressful than we could have imagined. I'll be back when I need help with my citizenship down the road!!

While my immigration process is still in progress I have had the best team working with me on it. I went in expecting a lengthy, confusing, overwhelming and expensive process because other companies have seemed to overcomplicate things for the sake of more profit, but CBC meetings were always available to schedule so I could discuss any problems I had. My team was upfront with costs and always ready to explain niche aspects of the immigration process because they have clearly done this many times.
