Great experience - making the appointment was easy and they were able to get to me fairly quickly. Jeff wasn't able to repair my washing machine (it wouldn't make sense to, as it would be cheaper to buy a new one), but he was super helpful and very friendly. Great company to deal with.

Receptionist is incapable of answering a phone call and tending to voicemails. Had someone look at our dyer a month ago and it needed a new motor, which was ordered (hopefully). Had absolutely no updates so far on when it will be in and we have called countless of times (with messages left) and have heard nothing from anyone. Our dryer is still not fixed.

Showed up when they said they would and diagnosed problem, order part and will return to fix when part arrives.

Excellent, friendly, prompt service in the front office. The office manager was very pleasant and helpful and kept me informed all along the way about the part I ordered.

Had them come over our newly bought house for a regular check-up. They were mitsubishi units, but I don't think they were installed by them prior. They still came to service them, and the 24k btu unit was actually extremely low on refrigerant. Quick service, friendly and professional. Would recommend them.

We had a very hard time finding someone who would service it however when we called Maclaren’s they came right away. After 5 trips to our cottage, ordering several different parts and installing them it was not repairable. You can imagine I was getting very concerned about the bill and the next steps to take . I called the office and spoke to Ryan and we discussed that our heat pump was probably not worth putting anymore money in to and why. We discussed buying a new one and we settled in their top of the line Mitsubishi model. They came very quickly to remove the old one and install they new one. When we received our bill the portion for repair of the old one was more than reasonable as was the cost of the new one We are more then pleased with their honest and open communication and the price that we received. Had Maclarens out to provide an estimate for heat pumps, they were very knowledgeable about the various options, and recommended what would work best for my home and finances. The installation came much sooner than anticipated, which was a welcome surprise. Overall, I was very happy with Maclarens and will use them again for any home appliance needs.

I called MacLaren appliance to find out what was wrong with my front load washing machine. I received excellent advice about the machine and it’s error codes, what the parts would cost and potential service costs involved. It was a very helpful discussion, I would not hesitate to use them for all my repair needs.

They were easy to deal with and very curious. But before you call for a maintenance issue, ask how much it is going to cost you. I was a little surprised at the total cost of less than a hours work for a $30 part.

Service was done very well I have no complaints about the service engineers “it’s the receptionist” she is very rude has a condescending manner that the company will lose customers over i for one will not be using this company again.

The woman who answers the phone is possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken to at a business I thought maybe she was having a bad day but she was just as rude if not ruder the second time I had to call People like this she NOT be in customer service. I’m giving 2 stars because the repair man was very good

Call this company in to help fix our walk-in cooler last week, came in for 2 hour got nothing fix and ask for a price for $300, the mechanic told us that the compressor was broken and need to be replaced. Due to our compressor is brand new so, today we try a different company and all they did was changed the relay, our walk-in cooler was fixed in less than an hour. We try to call in to file in an complain and was met with an unprofessional manager with an extremely bad customer service. The manager told us on the phone that they will no longer do business with us, rather than asking for the reason of complaining and resolving the problem. The mechanic was also very inexperienced. This company is a total ripoff. I would never recommend them to anyone. Less
