I have been a member at FIIT Culture for over three years, and it continues to deliver some of the most effective, strength‑focused training around. The studio is high‑energy, welcoming, and clean, and has some of the most dedicated coaches who pay attention and push you with intention. The circuits change every day and rotates between strength and cardio classes. The programming and the trainers have helped me build strength to manage chronic back pain and multiple disc herniations, and the results have been real. Classes are tough, but the environment is supportive and the community makes you want to keep showing up.

Neighborhood fitness studio. 45 min hiit classes. Hannah (owner), Nate and Cierra are the best! Many classes everyday. Morning and evening. Strength, cardio and everything inbetween. Clean, well equipped and does the job. These folks helped me get and stay in shape and i am grateful!

I've been here for the last two years when i moved to NJ. Love the everyday 5:30 pm session... coaches Hannah, Nate, Cierra, Julian and the members community. The rigor and guidance and support brings out the best in me. The popup sessions, saturday DJs, complimentry session, youth sessions, personalized sessions they have it all.I'll always be here, Thank you FIIT CULTURE!

I have been a member of FIIT Culture since October. I have gotten stronger and I have seen a major positive change in the way I lookAnd feel. The instructors are so great to work with. They are knowledgeable and guide you through every movement so you are doing it correctly. That’s something I really needed. The instructors are personable and just great to work with. I actually finally look forward to going to class and getting a good workout in, and trust me you will to.
