I know, I love the guy too. Before anyone gets their fanny on their shoulders, I’m leaving a review now because of all the dang text requests to do so. Just like with a doctor, I typically wait to leave an honest fair review. Time will tell. My experience in purchasing was smooth and the transition when I sold and bought vehicles even easier. Even saved! I can’t say I have any complaints whatsoever. Fair pricing, easier than doing it myself for sure and less stress too! The middle of the road stars, only because of the time will tell part. I haven’t had an accident, or needed insurance on a vehicle since, well, like my twenties. It’s when you need the insurance that you see what these guys are made of and I know Brannon and his crew only work here but, he did choose to represent them. So, I remain neutral on judgement and very grateful for the ease I experienced in the sale. You asked for it.

I have had a wonderful experience working with the East Agency. Very friendly staff all around! I worked with Adam directly. His customer service & communication was phenomenal. He worked with me through phone call & text which helped so much during my work day. He answered all the questions I had & kept me updated through the whole process. He was efficient in finding me a new insurance, saving me almost $100/month! I have been paying too much for insurance for WAY too long. That’s not the case anymore thanks to Adam! I had a coworker recommend the East Agency to me & I'm so thankful he did. I cannot recommend this company enough! You won’t be disappointed! 10/10!!!
