I have had a wonderful experience working with the East Agency. Very friendly staff all around! I worked with Adam directly. His customer service & communication was phenomenal. He worked with me through phone call & text which helped so much during my work day. He answered all the questions I had & kept me updated through the whole process. He was efficient in finding me a new insurance, saving me almost $100/month! I have been paying too much for insurance for WAY too long. That’s not the case anymore thanks to Adam! I had a coworker recommend the East Agency to me & I'm so thankful he did. I cannot recommend this company enough! You won’t be disappointed! 10/10!!!

They can handle all of your insurance needs for your home, car, and life. The staff is polite and proficient, and instead of simply selling you a policy, they actually educate you on what you may need or what you're purchasing. And if you're local, you have to drop in the office, it's a great experience.
