Not the service I anticipated. Refused to get the issue fixed with a brand new install because it takes too much time to get the issue resolved with tech support. And they have other customers to take care of. Really?

Johnathan came to my home to evaluate my existing HVAC system and discuss the possibility of adding an additional duct to help reduce the noise my system makes.. I have a dual zone system with a two-speed motor. He was thorough in his explanation of my system and provided pros and cons of adding an additional duct. As it turns out, I learned it is better in my situation to run both zones. Johnathan was very knowledgeable, easy to understand and very polite. I definitely would recommend Barraza Heating and Air.

I sent multiple requests through Yelp in hopes to solve my HVAC issues, and the first company I asked to diagnose my issue gave me an insane temporary fix price. It didn't sound right so I went ahead with speaking with Barraza who had an idea of the diagnostic beforehand. This gave me some confidence in paying them the $75 to check out my issue (Heater and AC would not turn on).Jose was the tech that came out to help and he was cool and informative with the situation. I like how he walked me through what he was doing and was respectful throughout the whole process. All in all, I ended up paying at least 1k less than the other quote. Can't be happier than that!
