During workouts, he pays close attention to our form and adjusts the weight or reps when needed, making sure we’re challenged safely. It feels like he genuinely wants each of us to get better every session.I also loved that he is trying a new music app to keep the energy fresh and the vibe upbeat. The music adds an extra boost that makes the workouts at Team2ndwind even more engaging and fun.
