They do not take responsibility for damages. Isn’t that why you have insurance?

I would personally NEVER recommend Specialized Property Care. They take care of our HOA mowing. My car was parked in my driveway while they were mowing and my driver’s side window ended up broken. I asked for them to step up and take responsibility for the damages to my vehicle and they will not unless I provide video evidence the rock or whatever hit my window to cause the damage - I don’t think I could afford a fancy HD camera with enough resolution to get an image like that. I am extremely disappointed your lack of respect for my property and your dismissive attitude. Just because your crew didn’t watch the rock fly through the air does not mean it did not happen. All I know is the my car was in perfect condition when I parked in my driveway and after your crew came by my car window was broken. I will make sure NOT to recommend your company to everyone I know.

They were very friendly and proactive in clarifying any questions. I had dethatching done a few years ago by another lawn care company who did a horrible job. Charles offered to come out to give the proper recommendation as to not charge me for a service if it wasn't need. They got right on the job and did great. Will definitely be using this company for any future needs.

Very good company and hard working guys

I watched your guys sitting in the truck for 20 minutes. I even video taped them sitting there. Only one guy was working for the first 15 minutes. Yet I was charged full price for two working men the entire time period. Never again.

Excellent company!! Quick services great prices and friendly employees

Came and did our neighbors leaves today. Used high powered blowers and blew leaves toward chain link fence which redistributed them into the neighbors yards. Employee very rude when challenged. Owner also rude and said they get about 10 complaint calls a day. They are doing it wrong. Will never use or recommend this company.

The absolute best service I have ever received. Charles goes above and beyond with his customers! Thank you Charles, for the special attention you gave to my sprinkler issue and going way above and beyond toward fixing everything! Specialized Property Care also has the most competitive pricing I have found. Dave
