I have been getting my lash lift supplies by Elleebana for over a year now, and they are incredible. There was only ONE time that I did get my serum in and for some reason it wasn’t working on my clients...the owner himself Austin was so kind enough to go over everything with me and send me a brand new batch to start working on my clients again immediately and told me they would check on that batch to make sure nobody else would go through the same thing. They really do care about their clientele and the customer service.

It’s not everyday you can say you experienced great customer service. I can honestly say that I just received great customer service. My package was lost in the mail unfortunately which has never happened with my previous orders from lash lift store. I contacted them immediately and after a few emails back and forth I decided to call them. I was treated so kindly by Gracie who answered the call and then spoke with Austin who is one of the owners. He apologized and had a new order shipped out a few minutes later. Austin was not only kind and apologetic (even though it wasn’t his fault) he gave me some tips on how to speed things along if this were to happen again. My husband own his own business and always asks his clients to leave a review of their experience. So many times we are quick to leave a bad review forget to take time when we have a great one. So here it is Austin who is also apparently one of few Orioles fans. Thank you Thank you.
