Itās not everyday you can say you experienced great customer service. I can honestly say that I just received great customer service. My package was lost in the mail unfortunately which has never happened with my previous orders from lash lift store. I contacted them immediately and after a few emails back and forth I decided to call them. I was treated so kindly by Gracie who answered the call and then spoke with Austin who is one of the owners. He apologized and had a new order shipped out a few minutes later. Austin was not only kind and apologetic (even though it wasnāt his fault) he gave me some tips on how to speed things along if this were to happen again. My husband own his own business and always asks his clients to leave a review of their experience. So many times we are quick to leave a bad review forget to take time when we have a great one. So here it is Austin who is also apparently one of few Orioles fans. Thank you Thank you. Less

I live an hr away from this distribution center and whenever I find myself in a pinch and running low on product, the owner is always happy to help me get a new order in ASAP and has even made the effort of bringing my order to me. When I've called he's always been really nice and willing to help me. I really appreciate it!
