I feel like I already had quite a bit of knowledge from studying Steve and Ian’s training for the past 2 months. It was almost like it was locked away in my head and I wasn’t using the knowledge correctly. I wasn’t sure what the disconnect was until I sat down with Steve and Ian that it kind of all came together! I realize I was in my own head a lot due to not having that bullet proof mindset. Now that I know the signed contract isn’t the number one goal in every call I can focus on what’s important. Growth! Biggest take aways are: Having a rebuttal to the atty card - when I encounter it again i will write contract contingent on atty approval. Bullet proof mindset - now if i don’t get a signed contract i will review the call and see what i can use to learn and grow and be better the next call! Everything is a learning opportunity. Knowing where i am in the sale - it made sense when it was likened to a race with checkpoints that must be hit or you get “DQ” ie lose the sale. The pain funnel - ask questions like a doctor. - Hit the 4 pillars of pain. They need to sell more than we need to buy - hold the power, direct the sale. Speak with conviction Seller has the conversation with themselves - out of body. Reflect questions and mirror the seller. Tones - i will be more purposeful with the to es i use. Soft close - i have been rushing the close when i see it in sight. I will slow down and use more soft closes. Overcoming objections - if you don’t address them right away it will blow up the sale further down the sale. Offer is our biggest leverage - don’t tell them how the sausage is made before they buy it - Don’t extend offer until 100% sure seller is ready to sign. Less

Pros: The program is excellent. Ian is a great mentor and one-of-a-kind salesman. Steven Trang is not disappointing as well 😅 Went for one on one program. The value is just mind blowing. Nothing compares around. Cons They don’t sell merchandise. Really Wanted to buy a disruptors T-shirt. I’m going to finish on a serious note. Always regretted joining other master minds , never regretting joining Disruptors. Less

Steve's class was excellent. I enjoyed being in the class with a range of seasoned and newer investors. The overall framework for talking to sellers was systematic and thorough but also included lots of little tips and tricks to fine tune the conversation. I also enjoyed the personality test information to be used for further better understanding myself, a team and the customer. I highly recommend. Thank you Sales Disruptors! Less
