Every aspect of this gym is excellent. The coaches are professional and dedicated to pushing members to be their best. The facility and equipment are clean and well organized.

I joined Switch almost 3 years ago and it’s one the best decisions I’ve ever made! The highly qualified and knowledgeable coaches are incredibly helpful and the challenging workouts keep me coming back for more. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I followed Switch via social media for way too long before joining November 2022. I went from a 3 day a week option to unlimited almost immediately. The workouts challenge me more than I could do on my own and all in an hour time frame. I am surrounded by a wholesome community and honestly love, love, love this place.

Switch workouts are always fun and different every class. High energy coaches, heart rate monitors and awesome facility. The circuit training classes are challenging yet so doable!

Best overall workouts of any I’ve done before in a group setting. Every day is a new challenge with coaches who motivate and explain each exercise. Supportive members, too.
