I noticed this companies truck on the road today November 24, 2025 on wonderland road with license plate BW 56499, weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off and riding way too close to people’s bumpers. The driver was very unsafe and could’ve easily caused an accident. This is not appropriate for a driver to represent a company in a company vehicle driving erratically And putting other drivers and pedestrians safety at risk.

Work was done seems to be good, a little pricy compared to most shops but is a dealership so expected. Communication is to dependant on technology rather a phone call. Also very disappointed in the shape my cab was left when they were done working on it.

Terrible experience last two times , truck never ready as promised , the visit prior to this one they told me they were working on truck now ….i was in their parking lot looking at truck in the exact spot I parked it the day before ….it wasn’t in the shop ….just tell the truth !Picking up truck today after a safety, truck pulled right huge , right front brake was seized on after they adjusted it , 3 hours later I’m still waiting for them to “adjust “My work brings a lot of their trucks here because of my recommendation a few years ago , it has gone to crap since then I regret ever recommending it to my work and I will not bring truck here again. There are other negative things but I’ll quit at that

I work for a company with a huge fleet that Gerry’s services. Service and repair, they are decent. However the amount of grease they leave all over your truck every single time is absolutely disgusting. If I serviced a truck I would be ashamed to give it back to finding in that manner. Being fleet trucks, they sure show their complete disregard for care. I would hope they don’t treat owner operator trucks the same way not that it should make a difference.
