When Mark took a look he went out to his Truck and came back with a very well thought out plan. I went with AER because of the thoroughness of thought he showed. They made the fix and it has lasted through multiple wet seasons. More recently I had a tree fall and hit my house. AER came out to take a look quickly. The proposal was thorough and showed thoughtfulness as usual. The work got done quickly and was excellent as usual. I’ve seen a lot of proposals that have a cheap floor prices, but they lack things that are needed or have ways to tack on additional fees. In contrast The proposals I’ve gotten from AER are always very straightforward. AER is worth your consideration for roofing projects. Less

They explained each thing they were doing and were happy to answer my questions. Mark came and checked out the job when it was completed. The best part was when he asked me if I wanted to see what the roof looked like. I said I did so he went up and held the ladder at the top and one of the workers held the ladder at the bottom.
