I have used this service center twice and both times I have been treated like a king. First time I had to get an oil cooler replaced they did it for less than half of the cost of the dealership I honestly thought they were undercutting themselves they weren't it's just at the dealer is gouging everyone. The second time there was a mistakes made in getting parts what's not their fault it was the dealership that set the wrong parts would that being said the price changed and had to reflect the correct price with the correct parts And of course the price went up but they were able to adjust and assist to make sure that I can get the parts put onto my truck and to make a deal with me that I could not refuse on the payment. I always believe in honesty no matter what And I've been honest with them about things and they were honest with me when it came to the parts problem. The office staff is excellent I must say Serge (correct spelling?) is one of the best people I've ever dealt with. He's kind of courteous professional and has a very good demeanor and extremely friendly. The shop is very large, clean, well maintained. And they seem to employ folks that know each main aspect of repair from body work to oil changes transmission to tires these guys are above the rest and they're not going to kill you when it comes to money. I found the place by accident as I was driving through Illinois and had a problem now I try to make sure my rounds go through that area if I have a problem and get enough time to get in and get it fixed cuz that's where I'm going to go. I highly recommend this place to any fleet and any independent truck driver especially independent for the pricing and the way they treat you is so much better. Update as of 10 11 23 I had more repairs that I needed to get done so I took it directly to Bilato. Since I had such a good experience the first time I wanted to go back and when they say that they can do just about anything there they mean that I had to get some body work done and they were able to get the parts paint them and install them and the installation took less than an hour. When I said in my last post that they are willing to help, I think that was an understatement to their generosity and courtesy. When I first told him of this project that I wanted to get done and the bodywork that I needed done they were willing to order the parts and everything in the end the price changed a lot more than I anticipated but at no fault of their own. The dealership sent them the wrong parts which of course means they quoted them the wrong price so with the exchange back to the dealership and to the parts people they're bright parts came in at a much higher cost And even though it wasn't their fault Bilato was able to assist in an arrangement of which I will not say here, that was able to help me beyond anything that I could have anticipated and now my truck looks great. I got more stuff that needs done and I plan on stopping there for all of it if I am able You guys are great you're do a great service and I hope that the friendship will grow into something much bigger in the future. P. S. Sorry that I made your colleague nervous being as I'm a very high strung individual always have been. At least pass along my assurances next time I come in I will be consuming much less caffeine. I had to get some repairs done and I needed them right away or my truck would have been dead on the road. The guys at the shop were able to get it done in half the time of the dealership. They noticed and were able to point out other problems I had. quick and professional. they only do the work that you ask them. They don't force a diagnostic on you so you have to pay money just to be there like a dealership would do. The cost of parts are much less than the dealership. They are quick and honest. I recommend these guys to any owner operator or fleet. I just got a quote from them for more work and compared it to the dealership. I was in this place today to fix my truck I have issues with body they fixed good and fast and cheap …then I decide to chek my apu unit and my transmission they fix my apu belt and my apu now cold and work fine and they chek my transmission finding electrical problem they fixed as well ….I love the place and strongly recommended to any truck driver who want take care of his truck …thnx the people there nice and price cheap … Less
